Panic! At The Disco’s ‘Starboy’ Is The Weeknd Cover You Didn’t Know You Needed

Brendon Urie gets starry-eyed

Panic! At The Disco aren't afraid to try something new. During a recent visit to BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge, the traditionally pop-rock band tried out some unconventional covers: The Weeknd and Daft Punk's “Starboy” and Rihanna's “Love On The Brain.”

They also performed several of their own hits, including breakout single “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” and the more recent “Hallelujah.” Lead singer Brendon Urie sadly only showed fans a hot sec of his RiRi performance, but the full “Starboy” take is spot-on.

This isn't the first time Panic! At The Disco switched things up. At their shows, they've covered everyone from Miley Cyrus to David Guetta. So who's going to be next? Perhaps Lady Gaga — she's one of the few artists they haven't covered yet.
