Why Jules And Ophelia Are The Ultimate 'Sweet/Vicious' Team

The Darlington gals just handled their very first joint takedown

Now that was a great ass-kicking. Courtesy of Jules and Ophelia.

During tonight's Sweet/Vicious episode, the odd couple -- who were forced together because of unforeseen circumstances (accidentally killing someone, to be exact) -- united and began their quest as a formidable duo to teach a star basketball player a much-needed lesson about sexual assault.

"Think fast," Jules (in full disguise plus a voice modulator) told student celeb Damon Avery, the latest takedown target, mid-fight.

"Heads up! It's not so funny now, is it?" Ophelia, in identical garb, added.

From there, the girls took care of business -- while also advising Damon that if he touched another woman without consent, they would be back. And they greatly hampered any chance he would have had getting drafted by the NBA because they f*cked up his wrist. Can you say "karma"?

So what does this unifying incident mean in the grand Sweet/Vicious scheme?

"It is their origin moment as this team they will become, and through the first season, we get to watch the girls getting their sea legs as vigilantes, as superheroes and growing in to the place where they end up at the end of the season, which I'm not going to say," creator and executive producer Jennifer Kaytin Robinson reveals to MTV News.

"It’s also them figuring out why they want to be doing this -- they find the rape wall, and they realize they have a cause and a mission," executive producer Amanda Lasher adds.

One down, how many more takedowns to go? Where will their next task be -- and how will they work together in this fresh partnership? Be sure to keep watching Sweet/Vicious every Tuesday at 10/9c to find out.
