The Kardashians have been keeping a low profile since Kim’s robbery, posting on social media intermittently and cutting down on public appearances. In a clip from today’s episode of Ellen, Khloé breaks her family’s silence and addresses the attack for the first time.

“I mean, she’s not doing that well,” Khloé says. “It’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and brave and we’ll get through it together.” She continues on, saying the entire thing was a wake-up call, and though other family members have resumed, but scaled back, social media updates, it will take Kim a while to move on from the “emotional terror.”

“To pull back a little is always smart, I think,” Khloé concludes before Kevin Hart — IDK why he’s there either — launches into explaining the family’s complicated dynamics to Ellen.

The rest may be pulling back, but Kylie is still keeping very active. We’re thankful for her every day.
