Justin Bieber just rekindled your favorite Canadian bromance.

A little more than a year after he found out who Shawn Mendes was, Bieber is completely on board with his younger competitor. In a series of tweets on Wednesday morning, Biebs shared his love for Mendes's new album, Illuminate.

"Truly a gift to be able to move people's emotions through songs!" Bieber wrote. "So proud of you brother! Great album!"

In response, Mendes tweeted his gratitude, thus officially renewing their bromance for another 12 months.

This is obviously great news for everyone, but where's that collaboration, bros? Where are the fruits of this beautiful friendship? We'll wait.
