Catelynn expressed her honest fears about leaving her family for a treatment facility in Arizona. But during tonight's Teen Mom OG episode, the young mom was able to reunite with her loved ones while continuing to work on herself for an extended period.

"The first time Tyler and Nova came to see me in treatment was very exciting," the Michigan native divulges in the clip above. "I remember waking up that morning with a panic attack because I was so nervous for some reason."
