It’s official: Zayn Malik has reached the “famous enough to publish a book about himself” level of success.

The former One Direction singer and current solo star will bless us this winter with an autobiography that delves into that Mind Of His. Aptly titled Zayn, the book is described as “a photographic journey of his life” that includes personal stories and never-before-seen photos and drawings.

“I’m going to show you as much as I can so that you can judge me on my own terms, not on what the press or anyone else says,” Zayn writes in the book’s opening pages. (Granted, that’s exactly what his debut solo album was supposed to be for, but apparently Z still has way, way more to show us.)

So is this the tea-spilling tell-all every Directioner has been simultaneously craving and fearing? We’ll find out when the book hits shelves November 1. In the meantime, we still have Zayn’s boy band–centric TV drama to look forward to. That Bradford boy sure has been busy.
