29 Past And Present Disney Stars Working Together On New Projects

Once a Disney kid, always a Disney kid

There's nothing quite like seeing old friends together again. Whether they're recreating beloved moments, like when Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas sang their duet from Camp Rock, or hosting their own mini-reunions, it's always nice to see former co-stars giving us those nostalgic feels.

Check out these 14 projects covering film, TV, photography, and music (not to mention Dungeons & Dragons) that brought Disney stars both past and present together once again.

Kimberly J. Brown and Daniel Kountz

The Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge stars teased fans with the above photo earlier this year, and Brown tweeted another pic of the two on September 4. We're not sure what the YouTube video will be about, but we do know it can't get here fast enough — especially because the Halloweentown sequel turns 15 next month.

Aly Michalka and Rose McIver

Michalka of Phil of the Future and McIver of the DCOMs Eddie's Million Dollar Cook-Off and Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board have been working on iZombie since 2015 and are gearing up for its third season.

Ryan Merriman and Sterling Knight

The Smart House and Luck of the Irish DCOM star is teaming up with Chad Dylan Cooper (Knight) from Sonny with a Chance, working on a project called In the Rough — presumably about golf, since they keep golfing on set.

Jason Dolley, Bradley Steven Perry, and Shane Harper

After the boys from Good Luck Charlie teased a reunion photo earlier this year with the caption, "H A R D L Y W O R K I N G," Twist Magazine asked if they were actually working together again. Dolley confirmed they were shortly after.

Calum Worthy and Kahyun Kim

The Austin & Ally stars recently announced they were teaming up again, so details are scarce right now. All we know for sure is that Dez and Sun Hee will be together again.

Jake Thomas and Maiara Walsh

Lizzie McGuire's little bro is a photographer now and continues to shoot his Cory in the House co-star. He's also photographed another co-star, Jason Dolley.

Camp Rock's Lovato and High School Musical's Tisdale will lend their voices to Charming, an animated film about three princesses who are all engaged to Prince Charming. The duo, along with fellow co-star Avril Lavigne, will collaborate on a Fall Out Boy song for the film.

It should also go without saying that Lovato teamed up with her Camp Rock co-star Joe Jonas for their Future Now tour.

Cole Sprouse and Ross Butler

Sprouse of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and Butler from Teen Beach 2 and K.C. Undercover joined the Archie universe on Riverdale. Playing Jughead Jones and Reggie Mantle, respectively, the duo star on one of the most highly-anticipated shows of 2017.

Raven-Symoné and Ty Hodges

Even Stevens and Don't Look Under the Bed star Hodges directed, acted, produced, and co-wrote A Girl Like Grace, which had its TV premiere on BET September 8. Symoné from That's So Raven starred in the film with former Nickelodeon actors Romeo Miller and Meagan Good.
