UPDATE (8/30/16, 9:25 p.m. ET): Chris Brown has allegedly been arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, TMZ reports.

Chris Brown's house in Tarzana, Los Angeles, was reportedly surrounded by police following a 911 call from a woman who said the singer threatened her with a gun.

TMZ reported that the LAPD arrived at Brown's home at 3 a.m. Tuesday morning (August 30) and have been trying to obtain a search warrant to enter the house ever since. A SWAT team arrived at the premises a few hours later.

The alleged victim is Baylee Curran, actress and 2016 winner of the Miss California Regional beauty pageant. Curran posted a brief video to Instagram alluding to events that allegedly transpired early this morning: "If somebody put a gun to your head, what would you do?" she said.

Brown posted videos to Instagram in which he described hearing helicopters flying around his home. "I'm innocent. Fuck everybody. I'm tired of hearing this shit," he said in the first clip.

In another, Brown spoke out against the police and again asserted his innocence. "When you get the warrant, you gonna walk right up in here and you gonna see nothing," he said. "Y'all the worst gang in the world — the police."

According to TMZ, Brown threw a duffel bag that may have contained weapons out of his window. He has otherwise refused to communicate with police.
