Chance the Rapper is on a roll. Just hours after debuting a new song in a Nike ad for the Olympics, the Chicago MC is back with a new freestyle he wrote for his girlfriend.

The romantic verse is part of the viral Twitter hashtag #SoGoneChallenge, where people rap over the instrumental of Monica’s 2003 hit “So Gone." For his minute-long contribution, Chance brags about having the “baddest chick on the planet” and doles out a couple choice pieces of relationship advice: leave the toilet seat down and always keep your phone on. He also reveals that he recently sprained his ankle after his aforementioned “baddest chick” schooled him on the basketball court. Yep, she sounds like a keeper.
