It’s been a minute since NSYNC’s heyday, but even in 2016, the boys still get together to celebrate.

JC Chasez turned 40 yesterday (August 8), and all of his former bandmates were invited to the party. They sang "Happy Birthday" to him, of course, and because some things never change, he even got a few birthday punches from Lance Bass.

But more importantly, the boys of NSYNC got together for a very necessary photo.

OK, JC and Joey have a few grey hairs in their scruff, and Justin Timberlake wore the most intense dad hat ever created. But other than that, it’s like they haven’t aged a day.
