Ariana Grande And Mac Miller Reunite For Smoldering ‘Into You’ Remix
Ariana Grande is putting her new Soundcloud account to excellent use. A few days after debuting on the streaming platform with a pair of unreleased songs, the self-proclaimed dangerous woman is back with a remix of her current summer smash, “Into You”.
Over the weekend, Grande debuted a remixed version of the song that reunites her with Pittsburgh rapper Mac Miller. The longtime friends first collaborated on a festive cover of “Baby It’s Cold Outside” in December 2012, and then on her 2013 breakthrough single “The Way”.
Their reworking of “Into You” boasts a slinkier, more seductive R&B sound, with some sexually charged bars from Mac. "When you lay down/ I'mma hit the lights if you say so/ What's a life if you don't got me/ Give you what you want, what you need, what you came for,” he raps, turning the song’s sexiness way, way up. Between the original “Into You”, Grande’s a cappella version from last week, and her and Mac’s new remix, there’s apparently something for everyone to love.
