There’s a brand-new addition to the Laguna Beach clan: Season 2 vet Alex Murrel just welcomed her first child!

“Our healthy 8lb 10oz baby Levi William Johnson was born yesterday 7/20/16 at 5:27pm after a long journey with Mommy!” the beaming new mama captioned the touching Instagram image above. “The best day of our lives so far and so madly in love #BabyJisFinallyHere.” What a sweet, handsome boy — and that look he’s giving his mom is enough to make you melt.

Kyle Mark Johnson, Alex’s hubby and Levi’s proud dad, added a video clip of his mini-me squirming around.

“Welcome to the world Levi Johnson,” he wrote. “What a crazy ride for mommy and daddy but the best ride of our lives so far! Love you little man @alexmurrel”

The parents said “I do” in October 2014 and announced that they would become a family of three in January. Alex fittingly celebrated her impending arrival at a baby shower with some familiar Laguna faces — Taylor Cole and Morgan Souders! — and now, Levi is finally here and his folks couldn’t be happier.
