Harry Potter And Ginny Weasley Reunited In New York City, And It Was Magical

Daniel Radcliffe and Bonnie Wright are still as precious as ever

With Harry Potter and the Cursed Child coming out July 31, Harry Potter mania is at a peak high. Fans are anxiously rereading J.K. Rowling's beloved series, preparing for yet another magical midnight release, and figuring out how TF to get tickets to see the two-part stage play in London. But while Potterheads are trying to balance these things without the help of magic — or even some mugs of Butterbeer — the members of everyone's favorite ship reunited in New York City Thursday evening (July 21).

Bonnie Wright stopped by the Public Theater to see Daniel Radcliffe's Off-Broadway show, Privacy. Harry and Ginny were reunited, and it's making us swoon all over again.

Joined by Radcliffe and Wright is their former director Chris Columbus, who directed Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. As Columbus wrote on Instagram, "Chamber Of Secrets reunion... The future Mr and Mrs. Harry Potter..."

The unique show encourages its audience members to use their phones during the performance — something unheard of in the theater world. "The show is about the nature of privacy in a sort of post-Edward Snowden world and what it means to be private, but is also sort of brings in social media and things like that," DanRad told Seth Meyers last month.

Thank goodness the Harry Potter couple have come such a long way from this stage in their relationship.
