More than seven years after Amber, Catelynn, Farrah, and Maci made their MTV debut, the parents' unique tales will continue on Teen Mom OG. And if the first glimpse of the upcoming installment is any indication, the young women — along with their children and loved ones — are going to endure a series of unexpected and unpredictable twists and turns.

In the inaugural look at Season 6 — seen above — life-changing relationship developments are in store for the cast members. First, Maci gets engaged to Taylor and shortly afterward learns she is pregnant with her third child. Meanwhile, Amber and her fiancé Matt are moving forward from the difficult claims that Gary presented about the Bostonian's alleged children.

In addition, Catelynn declares she is "not okay" and needs to get help (which also means a temporary separation from her husband Tyler and daughter Nova). Lastly, Farrah and her on-again, off-again, seemingly on-again beau Simon share some familiar heated words about their future and current status.
