Five months after welcoming their son Freddie Reign into the world, Louis Tomlinson and Brianna Jungwirth have hit a parental rough patch.

According to TMZ, Tomlinson is seeking joint physical and legal custody of Freddie, after claiming that Jungwirth hasn’t given him consistent access to see their baby boy. The One Direction singer -- who is currently dating actress Danielle Campbell -- reportedly plans to seek a 50/50 split, so that Freddie’s time would be split equally between each parent.

Tomlinson and Jungwirth welcomed Freddie in January after briefly dating last year, and shared the first photo of him later that month.

Last week, Tomlinson celebrated Father's Day by sharing a sweet photo of him holding his son's hand. "Happy Father's Day to every lucky lad out there who's someone's daddy!" the doting dad wrote. "Thoroughly enjoyed my first :) Love you Freddie son X."
