Travis Scott Has Plans To Drop His New Album Very, Very Soon

Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight is on the way

Travis Scott has been teasing his next album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, for most of 2016. Now, we know when we'll actually hear it: next week.

The rapper revealed as much this week during a concert. "My album is coming out in a week," he said, sparking rowdy cheers from the crowd.

There is a chance, though, that the album won't be out in that time frame, despite his promise. Last month, Travis also said that the project would be released imminently. "I'm dropping my new album in a couple of fucking days," he said during a different concert.

Musically, it's still up in the air what we should expect from the album. But it's not like we haven't heard from Trav since last year's Rodeo. Earlier this month, he, Young Thug, and Quavo dropped "Pick Up the Phone," and he's also appeared on Cruel Winter warm-up "Champions" and Wiz Khalifa's single "Bake Sale."

And maybe, hopefully, we'll get to add to those with Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight in the coming days.
