Less than a day after Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising had its premiere in California, stars Zac Efron and Seth Rogen are already scheming up ideas for Neighbors 3.

Rogen tweeted out a video sample of their pitch for the threequel on Monday (May 16) and it looks a little ... different than the previous two films. The tone is simply, ahem, off.

In the (fake) teaser, the duo battle a zombie frat brother and things get a tad gory. Check out the hilarious clip below.
