It seems like every celeb and his mother has guest-starred on a crime show at some point. Procedural dramas often last 10+ seasons, so they're bound to nab some VIPs for special episodes.

It's been a whopping six years since the Biebs first appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Over two episodes the Biebs played Jason McCann, a serial killer and bomber, who was eventually shot and killed by police. Guess it really was too late to say sorry.
Duff guest-starred on an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit inspired by Casey Anthony. The "Sparks" singer played a woman accused of murdering her daughter.
