On Wednesday, Tatum held his first Facebook Live event to announce Magic Mike Live, a new show coming to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in March 2017. Alison Faulk and Teresa Espinosa, who worked on both Magic Mike and Magic Mike XXL, will choreograph the show, while Tatum will direct.

A press release further reveals that the show will recreate the movie’s Club Domina with “a sizzling 360-degree dance and acrobatic strip tease spectacular.” It also promises a diverse cast of a dozen men who will bring the movie to life through “daring themed dance and strip routines.” Tatum introduces several of those men in his Facebook video, and let’s just say they definitely look promising.

As for the concept behind the show, Tatum says it’s meant to give women what they want, and create a space for them to feel empowered and entertained. “We want to change what male entertainment is... It should be women-empowering, instead of just about the guys going and getting naked,” he said, further encouraging fans to go to the show’s website and submit requests for what they want to see.

And if one those "things you want to see" is Tatum reprising his role as the sexy Mike Lane... well, let's just say he hasn't ruled out that possibility.

"Look, if I'm ever in shape enough to actually do the show again, I will absolutely step onstage, just because it's fun," he said, adding, "I'm sure there will be a ton of crazy cameos."
