It's been nearly one month since Catelynn Lowell entered a treatment facility -- and now the Teen Mom OG cast member is sharing an update from inside the Arizona center.

"Just wanted to know I'm doing great!" the 24-year-old tweeted. "Best decision I have ever made for myself.. I'll b home soon #thankyouforyoursupport."

The young mother announced in mid-March that she would be taking some time for herself -- and told MTV News that she would be "seeking help for myself and my family." In addition, she added in an Instagram post that she was looking forward to being back to her "normal self."

Cate's husband Tyler has supported his partner; he recently visited his wife in the Southwest state with their daughter Novalee.
