Teen Mom 2 OG dad Jo Rivera is about to take on a brand-new and exciting role: husband.

Isaac and Vivi's father is engaged to his longtime companion Vee Torres, he happily shared on Facebook this past weekend. Fittingly, the blushing bride-to-be commented on her beau's social media status update with a sweet message.

"I love you so much!" Vee added. "Thanks for being the best man ever and taking care of us. Can't wait to be your wife!!!" Well, we already know where these two lovebirds can find some precious additions to their wedding party...

In addition, the lovebirds shared several snapshots from the big day with MTV News-- including a close-up of the ring.

"I'm sooo excited & feel so blessed to officially spend the rest of my life with Jo!" the future Mrs. told MTV News. "Just comes to show with every thing we've been challenged with these past few years love conquers all. I can't imagine life without him, Isaac or Vivi."
