Theo Von was always known for his humor during his Road Rules: Maximum Velocity Tour tenure and subsequent Challenge appearances -- and now the MTV alum is romancing a fellow reality star and making her smile.

The Gauntlet and Battle of the Sexes 2 victor -- who last appeared on MTV back in 2006 during Fresh Meat -- is currently dating Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville, according to People.

"It's early on, but they seem to be getting along great and truly connecting with one another," a source told the mag about the new lovebirds, who first met after she was a guest on his podcast "Allegedly with Theo Von & Matthew Cole Weiss" and re-connected when he stopped by her podcast "Brandi Glanville: Unfiltered."

Understandably, Brandi is drawn to Theo's wit -- and the two have "solid chemistry," the same insider added. Oh la la...
