Man In A T. Rex Costume Dancing In A Chorus Line Is The Monday Pick-Me-Up You Need

This T. rex probably dances better than all of us

If you've been on the Internet this year, you've probably seen those funny videos of people in inflatable T. rex costumes, yukking it up while trying (and failing) to do the things we humans do every day. It's likely really, really hard to function in one of those costumes -- which is why the following video is getting so much attention.

On March 23, actor Michael Macilwee uploaded a video of himself donning a now-famous inflatable T. rex costume and doing what he does so often -- dance. For some reason, the fact that he has a giant, inflatable dinosaur costume on doesn't keep him from tearing it up on the dance floor to a number from A Chorus Line. It really is a sight to behold.

"Several weeks ago I had said to some friends, "What if I bought one of those T. Rex costumes that went viral and did some Broadway dances in it?'" Macilwee told blog From The Box Office. "So I went online and ordered the costume. I went to pick it up at the post office and had it with me while I was teaching class. After the class was over I thought I would give it a try. The video is actually my first time dancing in it!"

Since uploading his video, it's gone viral, amassing more than 4.2 million views. Here's hoping Macilwee starts a "T. Rex Dances to the Broadway Classics" video series. 💃
