Catch Some Waves With Our 'Chasing Mavericks' Giveaway
Do you know how to surf? If you don't, here's your chance to learn as the owner of the sweetest board on the beach.
"Chasing Mavericks" tells the true-life tale of Jay Moriarty (Jonny Weston), a young surfer who dreams of conquering the mythic Mavericks surf break in Northern California. To help him achieve his goal, he enlists the help of Frosty Hesson (Gerard Butler), a veteran hanger of ten who mentors the lad on how to ride — or at least survive — the mighty wave.
You might want to go for something a little smaller than the Mavericks when you're first starting out, though you experienced surfers might've been mulling over taking on the mega-wave yourself but have been waiting for the right board with which to do it. Whatever the particular surfing scenario, a brand-new surfboard signed by the cast of "Chasing Mavericks" — including Gerard Butler and several legendary pro surfers — can bring nothing but good luck for one grand prize winner out on the water.
