Maci has openly admitted that whenever her ex Ryan has a girlfriend, his behavior toward her changes. And while Bentley's father was single during this season of Teen Mom OG, the Tennessean (reluctantly) disclosed during the upcoming reunion special that he was in a new relationship.

"I don't really want to bring it up," Ryan states in the sneak peek clip above, when host Dr. Drew presses the young parent about his love interest.

But the addiction specialist wouldn't let the subject go so easily -- and asks Maci about Ryan's new romance.

"In the past, you've always been worried when Ryan gets a girlfriend," Dr. Drew discloses to Maci. "His attitude goes against you a little bit."
