Elton John Joins James Corden For An Adorable 'Lion King' Singalong

The legendary singer busted out "Circle of Life" during the Super Bowl 50 episode of 'The Late Late Show'.

The Late Late Show’s James Corden has invited some pretty major singers into his carpool -- he even commuted with Chris Martin of Coldplay last week -- but he might have just outdone himself with his post-Super Bowl 50 "Carpool Karaoke" guest.

Elton John hopped into Corden's passenger seat Sunday night, and the two immediately started cycling through the legendary singer’s jukebox of hits. Turns out it’s hard not to jam along when “Tiny Dancer” or “Crocodile Rock” comes on the radio, even if you’re the one who wrote them.

The two chatted about John’s new album, Wonderful Crazy Night. “I wanted to make a really joyful album,” said the 68-year-old singer. "I still have the energy of a 20-year-old and I want to carry on. Once you stop, you die." Despite all that youthful energy, though, John revealed that he still doesn't own a cell phone.

By far, the highlight of the carpool was when Corden broke out into “Circle of Life” from Disney’s The Lion King while wearing a full-on lion’s mane -- which Elton John promptly stole.
