Farrah has worked tirelessly to create a financially stable life for herself as well as for her daughter Sophia -- and as viewers have seen during this season of "Teen Mom OG," the responsibility has meant that the young mother has needed to accept professional opportunities away from home. And on this week's episode, the Texas transplant -- who had struggled with who would watch her mini-me while she was in the United Kingdom -- put on a brave face as she left her little girl and her folks Debra and Michael for an extended period of time.

With Farrah's experience as a parent who needs to leave her home base for business, what advice would she give fellow families in a similar situation?

"Something I would share about my everyday travels to make it work for a single parent...is having an awesome schedule and always making time for FaceTime," Farrah tells MTV News, as seen in the clip above.
