In the world of social media popularity, the more followers you have, the more often you go into your phone's settings to turn off notifications for Twitter, Facebook and more, because it all can get ~pretty~ crazy. If you don't get why someone wouldn't just let that sweet adoration wash all over them, let a professional athlete enlighten you.

Meet Demy De Zeeuw:

He's a professional soccer player and Dutch hot person, so naturally, he has 87,000 fans on Instagram. He also runs the Instagram account for 433, one of the largest social sports communities in the world. Their Instagram alone boasts a staggering 8 million followers.

Naturally, when you post a picture or video on a page with that many followers, you're going to get a lot of likes. So De Zeeuw, via his Facebook, decided to show us what that kind of popularity looked like on his iPhone.

"When you post epic content on [433 with] 8 million followers, this is how your [push notifications] will look like," De Zeeuw said in the caption under the video -- which already has more than 13,000,000 views itself. Wowza. ??
