We're only a few weeks away from the premiere of Netflix's "Fuller House" at this point, so of course, we're currently in the business of looking forward by looking way, way back. Like, early '90s back.
Specifically, we've scoured old episodes of the OG "Full House" to find some pretty famous guest stars that you almost definitely forgot about. Enjoy all nine of them -- well, technically ten, since the Mowry twins are technically two people who played one character -- below!
Before she starred in "True Blood" and "Parenthood" -- and big screen fare like Tyler Perry's "Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor" -- Smollett-Bell spent 13 episodes playing Michelle's school friend, Denise.
Who can forget the "Baby Daddy" himself, Tahj Mowry, as Teddy? His boyfriend-girlfriend experiment with Michelle was thankfully short lived, but his legacy as one of Michelle's best friends should live on forever.
Tia and Tamera MowryABC
Two years before Tia and Tamera became household names for "Sister, Sister" they pulled a total Mary-Kate and Ashley by combining forces to play one sister -- specifically Teddy's sister, Denise. (What is it with "Full House" naming young black girls Denise?) The episode is from Season 5, and it's called "The Devil Made Me Do It," if you ever want to give it a whirl.
Before starring on "Blue Bloods," Will Estes made his mark smooching Stephanie Tanner in the final season episodes "Michelle Rides Again, Part One & Part Two." His character, Andrew, really liked monochrome sweatshirts.
It's almost impossible to think of '90s TV and not have both "Full House" and Steve Urkel immediately come to mind -- and of course, the brilliant minds at ABC realized this, and combined the two for a single episode in Season 4, "Stephanie Gets Framed." He helps Stephanie out with her glasses! He gets cool lessons from Uncle Jesse! It's all just too perfect.
It's hard to find any things we hate about the "10 Things I Hate About You" star appearing in the Season 8 episode "All Stood Up." He played Ryan, the dude who stood Stephanie up at the big dance.
Topanga may have been the ultimate '90s feminist dream girl, but her "Full House" character Jennifer P. -- who appeared in two episodes, "I'm Not D.J." and "Silence is Not Golden" -- was a mean girl troublemaker.
There cheers for "Glee" star Dot-Marie Jones -- and IMDB -- for her meaty role as "muscular woman" in the episode "I've Got a Secret."
"Ladybugs" heartthrob Jonathan Brandis, who tragically died in 2003 at the age of 27, played D.J.'s first boyfriend in "A Little Romance." Sadly, he broke her heart.
