One of the things we've come to learn about Mac Miller over the last five or so years is that the dude rarely stops. Back in late 2013, he told MTV News he had the "foundation" for four new albums. Since his 2010 K.I.D.S. mixtape, between albums and EPs (and additional mixtapes), he's released around a dozen projects. The most recent came in September, with his third solo album, GO:OD AM.

That is, until Tuesday night.

To the surprise and delight of fans, Mac posted his new instrumental tape, Run On Sentences, Volume Two, on Soundcloud. The tape comes from his production persona, Larry Fisherman, and clocks in at just under a half an hour.

That wasn't all, though.

He also dropped a new song -- with words -- called "Smile." A hazy, hypnotic jam, the Pittsburgh native said of the song: "This is special to me."
