Holidays offer those rare moments when some families let the rules slide a bit: bedtimes are extended, desserts are devoured happily at any hour and if you're one of the lucky few, parents let their kids partake in a little alcohol consumption -- safely in their doting view, of course.

Instagram user chelseaelayne uploaded a funny family moment when the adults in the room let an unnamed young lady take a shot of Patron tequila (and an orange juice chaser) within the confines of their home.

It's assumed that this is not a regular occurrence for two reasons: 1.) because everyone is watching her like a hawk and 2.) the look on her mom's face after the girl downs that tequila like it was NBD. Seriously, look at her mother's reaction:

This is the face of a momma unaware of her daughter's extracurriculars. Since posting the video on Imgur, it's gone viral, amassing more than 860,000 views in less than a day.
