It's official: The Beatles are entering the digital age.

On Thursday, Dec. 24 at 12:01 a.m., the Fab Four's entire discography will hit nine streaming services, making it the first time the catalog has been been available online to stream, according to a statement on the band's website.

Apple Music, Deezer, Google Play, Microsoft Groove, Amazon Prime, Rhapsody, Spotify, Slacker and Tidal will all carry the catalog, which includes all of the band's seminal studio albums (like Revolver, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and Abbey Road) as well as compilations.

The announcement comes after earlier reports that Universal Music Group, which owns the music, had begun talks with streaming services and even reached an agreement back in September.

Obviously, this is a huge deal that spans across generations of music fans. The Beatles are an institution at this point, and each new crop of pop artists are indirectly (or directly) influenced by them in some way. The proof?
