“The music is like a playground, and that is where my mood swings,” Dana Coppafeel raps on “One of These Kids.”  The playful, braggadocio-addled single is off the upcoming Uni-Fi Records EP Dana Coppafeel & SPEAK Easy and features fellow Milwaukee rapper Prophetic bouncing around some youthful scenery. “[Director] Xavier [Ruffin] wanted to build around specific points of our verses, turning those into bigger than life scenes,” Coppafeel tells Hive. “We really wanted to have our ideas animated… literally.” And they did: Dana raps buoyantly around a playground, Prophetic works customers at a shoe store and SPEAK Easy finds comfort in the kitchen “getting [his] cake up.” Honestly, it sounds like a great day: playground, shoe-shopping and cake consumption rolled into one.
