It's been quite an eventful year for hip-hop -- great albums, entertaining beefs and rappers generally making questionable life choices. It was too much to recap by ourselves, so we enlisted help from the one and only Vince Staples.

Equal parts hilarious, smart, cynical and sarcastic, he seemed like the perfect man to explain WTF went down in 2015.

And, of course, we weren't disappointed. Vince managed to shed light on a lot of confusing scenarios including Lil Wayne and Birdman's falling out and Nicki Minaj's infamous "Miley, What's Good?" moment at the VMAs.

By the end of our lunch date with him, we learned that: 1. Twitter is to be blamed for most things. 2. We all need more Adele in our lives. I think we can all agree on those points.
