Santa Claus isn't coming town — he's already here. On Saturday (Dec. 5), the REAL Santa stood up in Middlesbrough, U.K. at the Cleveland Centre shopping mall. When a little girl finally got to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what she wanted for Christmas, her mother revealed her child "couldn't talk very well."

Completely unfazed, Santa immediately asked, "Can she sign at all?" Moments later, Santa and the little girl were signing away. Her face lit up like a Christmas tree and it's virtually impossible not to smile at this precious moment.

The YouTube video, which currently has almost 200,000 views and is trending on Imgur, was shared on the Cleveland Centre's Facebook page. The company wrote, "This truly captures the spirit of Christmas we feel at the Cleveland Centre whenever Santa visits!," and the sweet comments will make any Grinch-sized heart grow three times in size.
