YOUR FAVORITE MTV SHOWS ARE ON PARAMOUNT+

'Batman: Arkham City' Skin Pack Now Available

There's a chance "Batman: Arkham City" could take the Game of the Year honor during Spike's Video Game Awards show this Saturday; I'm still betting it's "Skyrim," though. In the meantime, why not spend some time flying high above the Arkham City skyline dressed in your favorite Batman duds? The previously announced "Arkham City Skins Pack" is now available, and what better way to spend your holidays than dressed as a mentally unstable man in tights?

Back before the game's October release, you probably needed some kind of flow chart to keep track of which downloadable content was exclusive to each particular retailer. Robin was only available to Best Buy customers, certain alternate costumes were attached to other outlets – if only we had a Bat-computer to track them all.

Well, the good news is most of that previously-exclusive stuff is slowly becoming available – in exchange for monies, natch – to the everyone. While we still have to wait until December 20 to grab the new Batcave challenge room bundle, the official "Arkham City" Twitter account announced those alternate character skins are available now.

The skin bundle – which, out of context, sounds a bit gross – costs 5 bucks on PlayStation Network or 400 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live.

Included in the pack are: Year One Batman, 1970's Batman, Earth One Batman, Dark Knights Returns Batman, Batman Beyond, Animated Series Batman, and the weird Sinestro Corps Batman previously only available by suffering through "Green Lantern" on Blu-ray.

While my obsession with "Batman: The Animated Series" should probably direct my vote for a favorite skin, the "Dark Knight Returns" skin earns my adoration for its sheer creepiness. Meat-head Batman is the best.

What do you think about the "Arkham City" skins? Will you download it? Will Dark Knight Returns Batman haunt your dreams? Let us know in the comments and on Twitter!
