"Yeah well that's pretty much out in the open," he told MTV News about the couple at the "Hamlet" red carpet in NYC. "I gave him dating advice. I was like, 'You need to start dating uglier women!' He dates really attractive women and I was like, 'you can get three ugly women for one really attractive woman like that.'"

He went on to say that he's even willing to help Dev use his dating advice. And, if it means he (as in Aasif) dates Freida, then so be it. Friends make sacrifices, right? "I said [to him], I should date Freida and you should date much less attractive women," the actor joked. "But he didn’t go for it. No, he's a smart guy."
