The 19-year-old and the "Suite Life of Zack & Cody" actress, 21, who made a cameo in last year's "Camp Rock" starring the Jonas Brothers, were seen leaving Katsuya in Los Angeles last night (August 2).

Although Joe and walked out of the restaurant by himself, the paparazzi caught Brenda trying to run to Joe's car after the pair reportedly dined at the sushi spot together, reports TMZ. When asked if they were dating, she said, "No," as she tried to scurry to Joe's car.

Last week, just as news was breaking that Camilla and Joe called it quits, Camilla was photographed in New Orleans with a mystery guy, Perez Hilton reported. "They stopped in front of the store I was in to take a picture of themselves together, and that's when I realized it was her," a source said. "Then they grabbed coffee at the local PJ's coffee together."

Joe and Camilla began dating last fall when they met on the set of Joe's video for his song, "Lovebug." He reportedly broke up with his then girlfriend, country superstar Taylor Swift, for the actress. And later (in true musician form), both Taylor and Joe wrote songs about the breakup.

Rumors of Camilla's infidelity sparked after she had been spotted with both "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson, as well as Spanish tennis player Fernando Verdasco. In a statement, released last week, her reps said, "Yes, it's true, they have broken up. There is no third party involved, and they care deeply about each other and will remain friends."
