Le1f's 'Sup' Music Video: Look By Look

Yasssss. Just in time for the weekend is a brand new video from NY-based rapper Le1f. The video features Le1f as the only man around (and alive?) dancing atop of ruins, and crossing swampland in a way that is supes elegant in a deserted and abandoned forest setting before making his way to a mysterious light on the other side of the woods. Excited about this video and all of the looks styled by Andreas Aresti yet? Then let's get started!

Who's that mysterious hooded figure in the olive green jacket? And what's up with that light?

Surprise! It's just Le1f wearing a LL Bean camo top and some silver jewelry.

Here's where it gets fun, suddenly you're transported on top of a hilltop where Le1f is dressed in two all white looks, serving high contrast and high visibility realness. Not only is he wearing a sleeveless, white vest from Fingers Crossed over a Highland white mesh tank, Asher Levine white jumpsuit, and white combat boots, with a sensible brown belt, it has a hood. Hoods are very important to Le1f, obviously. To us too, TBH.

I mean look at this GQMF. Still from Le1f's 'Sup' video.

He's wearing a white, puffy (hooded) coat from Highland over Asher Levine black pants, and a Save Khaki camo jacket, and Army Military combat boots. He's also neatly accessorized by wrapping an Odd waist wrap.

His final look features him wearing camo Carhart overalls and hoodie, a bucket hat with netting, and a bulky camo jacket over his ubiquitous combat boots, for stomping through giant puddles, natch.

But seriously, what is with the camo bucket hat? Is this a dig at Duck Dynasty? Is this a subtle nod to Dru Hill whom I'm convinced wore this in the '90s. Someone back me up here, I'm hoping I didn't hallucinate this.

The last few frames of the video has Le1f stepping directing into the strange beam that he spied at the beginning of the video. Where's he being transported to? Katy Perry's extraterrestrial world? Back in time with Blaque? Who knows?
