With most of the country reaching below-freezing temperatures this week, it's getting kind of hard to remember what spring feels like. Dresses without tights? Never heard of such a thing. Open-toed shoes? Those don't exist! Shorts, you say? WTH are SHORTS? *rocking in a corner in the fetal position because it's warmest* Don't worry, Barbz—it'll all come back soon enough. Just let Nicki Minaj take the reins from here.

Stacked with brights, pastels, and a whole lotta leg, Nicki Minaj's spring collection for Kmart has us longing for the days when our snow boots were covered in dust in the back of our closets. Minaj posted a slew of preview pics on her Instagram, revealing several new silhouettes and prints. (But everything's still totally true to Nicki, e.g., skin-tight, bootylicious, etc.)

Instead of pairing pants and skirts with tight turtleneck crop-tops (à la her last collection/Britney Spears), Minaj's new collection shows off several looser-cut, crop-top T-shirts with matching print bottoms. All the better to keep things breezy when sweat-inducing temps roll back around. Long-sleeve, short-sleeve, ruffled, mesh—there's basically a tiny tee for every type of person.

As for the dresses (one of which we got to peep back in December), Nicki's brought back the body-hugging cut for a repeat season and is introducing a new shape, similar to the piped Herve Leger bandage dresses she wears on the reg (when she's not wearing her own designs, 'natch). We also get some teeny shorts this time around and perhaps some new jewelry, too? We're a little concerned about the lack of shirtless styles, but we have a feeling there's more on the way. You can check out all of Nicki's sneak-peek pics over on her Instagram!
