Stop what you're doing. Drop whatever you're holding. Pull up a chair if you aren't already seated, and ready your eyeballs for THIS. Billionaire Boys Club, the beloved luxury streetwear brainchild of Pharrell Williams and Nigo (founder of A Bathing Ape) has signed on a new partner—drumrollllll—JAY-Z!! This is seriously BIG news because supplementing the BBC brand with Hova's extensive retail knowledge from running Rocawear, we're sure to be seeing a LOT more of Billionaire Boys Club.
"Partnering with @4real4rell on BBC" follow him.. (Not "buying" as GQ erroneously reported.)

Refuting earlier reports from GQ that Mr. Carter would be buying the label, Jay went to Twitter to underline that his new role in the line will be a partnership through and through. He's signing on to be a teammate, not a mentor or a superhero or a Daddy Warbucks. And we think going into it with a kind of left-brain/right-brain relationship between Pharrell's creative eye and Jay's business savvy roots will bode well for the duo and the future of BBC. Plus, look at all of the JOY in this shared moment below!! You KNOW only great things can come out of a love like that. *happy sigh*
