It seems as though Joe Jonas is taking is newfound single life to experiment with his style. While out in New York this week, Joe debuted his new look: baja hoodies and -- more importantly -- blue hair.

The blue is subtle and almost dark enough that it blends into his hair. But for someone whose most extreme hairstyle to date has been side-swept bangs, we can't fault him for taking baby steps with the hair dye. After making its daytime debut, Joe performed with his band DNCE and the blue finally got it's literal moment in the spotlight -- and it looked great. While Joe may be trying to keep it simple for now, we will certainly be keeping an eye on his ever-evolving look.
