If you have a nurse in your life, chances are you've witnessed the long hours and trying circumstances they face as part of their career on a daily basis. Nursing is a job that requires tremendous intelligence, stamina and patience. Recently, Bobby Wesson, the very observant husband of a nurse, wrote a beautiful Facebook post about his wife as she lay sleeping with their son.

The sweet tribute begins, "This is my wife taking a nap. In an hour she will wake up, put on her scrubs and get ready for work." It goes on to make poignant observations like, "She will leave to go take care of people that are having the worst day of their entire lives. Car wrecks, gunshot wounds, explosions, burns and breaks -- professionals, poor, pastors, addicts and prostitutes -- mothers, fathers, sons, daughters and families -- it doesn't matter who you are or what happened to you."
