Usher's messy custody battle with ex-wife Tameka Foster is getting even more sordid. ABC News reports that on Monday (May 21) the "Scream" singer appeared in an Atlanta court, where he described an instance where Foster spit at and tried to fight his girlfriend, industry executive Grace Miguel.

TMZ has video of the testimony which clearly shows Ursh telling the court that Usher drove his son to his ex's home with Grace. In an effort to prevent any "negative interaction," Usher explains that he parked his car away from Tameka's home. A verbal altercation ensued which led to Tameka walking over to the car. She pulled the door open and went to fight Grace. "‘I’m going to kick your a--, bitch,’” Tameka started yelling. She tried to swing at Grace and spit on her.

Usher had to wedge himself in between the two women. Usher even says that Tameka hit him in the process and threw a plate of food at his car as he and Grace eventually drove off.

We'll have to see if Usher's new album, Looking For Myself, will feature any more dramatic recounts with Tameka. His seventh effort is due out June 12 and will feature appearances by Diplo, Salaam Remi, Rico Love, Jim Jonsin and Max Martin.
