Sean Kingston Expected To Fully Recover From Watercraft Accident

Singer Sean Kingston is on the mend and expected to fully recover from a severe watercraft accident that took place this past weekend in his Miami hometown. According to Kingston's rep the "Beautiful Girls" crooner will make a full recovery within the next six weeks. The reports of Sean's upbeat condition follows the news that the injured passenger who rode on the back of the jet ski has no intentions to persue charges against her friend. "I know this whole thing was just an accident," Cassandra Sanchez told TMZ. "I won't be pressing any type of charges or hiring a lawyer. Sean is a good guy." While Sanchez was discharged, Kingston remains in stable condition in a Miami hospital recovering from a broken jaw, a fractured wrist and water in his lungs.

Fans of Kingston sung high praises at the news of his impending recovery.

"Wow, I hope he gets recovers soon!" commenter Chantal Nwosu wrote in.

"This is soooo sad!! I'm glad he will be better though" an anonymous user added in. "Sean means the world to me and I just want him to be healed!! I made a support video for him last night which I would appreciate it if you watched it, in honor of sean!!"

Sean Kingston was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami Sunday night after he crashed into a bridge while riding his personal watercraft.

Local 10 News in Miami, Florida is reporting that around 6 p.m. ET Kingston and a female passenger crashed into the bridge which connects Miami’s Palm Island to the MacArthur Causeway.

Miami Fire Rescue crews responded to the scene and rushed Kingston to Jackson memorial where he is now. A spokesman with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission told Local 10 that Kingston and his female passenger “needed medical attention.”

According to Local 10 News the cause of the crash is still under investigation.

TMZ is reporting that Kingston is being treated in the trauma ward and was in critical condition.

Sean Kingston bursted onto the music scene in 2007 with his hit-record “Beautiful Girls” off of his self-titled gold-selling debut. In 2009, he released his sophomore album Tomorrow which was led by the RedOne produced single “Fire Burning.” In February he dropped his King of Kingz mixtape and was currently working on his third as-yet-untitled LP.
