DAILIES: Watch The First Five Minutes Of 'Source Code' And A Wild 'Sucker Punch' Mash-Up

Not unlike Jake Gyllenhaal in "Source Code," you can relive the first five minutes of Duncan Jones' new film over and over again.

Yahoo Movies got the first look at "Source Code," the trippy sci-fi thriller that forces leading man Gyllenhaal to relive the last eight minutes of another man's life to try to stop a threat that will kill millions of people in downtown Chicago. Needless to say, these first minutes of the movie end with a bang.

There's more news out there today beyond "Source Code." After the jump, find out what the hold up is on "Ghostbusters III," which cast members are returning for "Silent Hill: Revelation 3D" and what the Westboro Baptist Church thought of "Red State."

Keeping Hope Un-Busted

For those of you hoping the "Ghostbuster III" film is just around the corner, keep holding your breath a little bit longer. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, director Ivan Reitman said in response to what film he will direct next, "There’s a lot of talk about 'Ghostbusters III.' And there’s a very good script that the other cast members have read and liked. We’re just waiting for Bill Murray to read it."

Back to "Silent Hill"

The "Silent Hill" cast is back for more in the upcoming "Silent Hill: Revelation 3D." Variety has the news that Sean Bean, Radha Mitchell and Deborah Kara Unger are back for the sequel to the video game adaptation, joining Adelaide Clemens and Kit Harington. Side note: Bean and Harington play father and bastard son in the upcoming "Game of Thrones."

"Red" Hate

Things got a bit rowdy at a recent screening of Kevin Smith's "Red State" during its nationwide tour after he invited the Phelps family, who notoriously run the Westboro Baptist Church that the film is based on, to see the film. /Film covered the inevitable fallout of the event pretty thoroughly, but it mostly just came down to the Phelps' calling "Red State" "filth" a lot.

A "First Class" Rose

Rose Byrne took the time to chat with Splash Page about her role in "X-Men: First Class," explaining that her character Moira MacTaggert is a human on the mutant's side of the fight. "She kind of joins forces with [Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr] to use mutants for good rather than evil," she said. "She really believes in them being able to coexist with humans."

"Sucker Punch" Princesses

Excited for "Sucker Punch" like we are? Then the Disney/"Sucker Punch" mash-up highlighted at Next Movie should tide you over for the next 10 days. Let's just say you'll never be able to look at Cinderella the same again.
