The '50 Shades' Sequels Will Be Shot Back-To-Back

The red room is gonna be busy.

Finally, the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequels are starting to ~whip~ into shape.

It's been the better part of a year since the first teaser for "Fifty Shades Darker," the second installment of E.L. James' lusty series, presented Jamie Dornan as the, um, unique Christian Grey in all his blindfold-and-pain-loving glory.

But now, according to Variety, director James Foley has submitted to not only mastering the cameras for Part Two, but also Part Three, in back-to-back filming style.

Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson a.k.a. Anastasia Steele will reprise their role as the complicated pair of lovers, and the release dates for the two films will be as follows: "Fifty Shades Darker" comes out on Feb. 10, 2017, and "Fifty Shades Freed" releases on Feb. 9, 2018.

The screenplays for both, by the way, were penned by E.L. James' husband Niall Leonard, with "Darker" expected to be "more of a thriller" than the first time one.
