From talking heads to talk show hosts, Charlamagne Tha God and Lil Duval have come a long way since their first days riffing in front of the "Guy Code" cameras. Now, the two funnymen are getting their very own block on MTV2, as "Ain't That America" and "Charlamagne and Friends" will premiere their sophomore seasons back-to-back on January 15 at 11/10c. We can't think of a better way to start the new year!

In October, a sneak peek of "ATA" Season 2 revealed that "Girl Code" firecracker Carly Aquilino had joined the cast, and according to front man Lil D, there are some other exciting developments. "You can expect even more in-depth, ethnological analysis in season two," Lil D articulated like a boss in an MTV2 statement today...followed by a far less eloquent proclamation: "In other words, this sh&t is off the mother@%#$%@# chain." Ah, the more things change...

While Duval is taking the not-so-humble approach, renowned radio host C Tha God is still trying to soak in all of his good fortune. "Duval and I went from doing online webisodes to having our own shows back to back on MTV2," he said. "I am extremely grateful for the opportunity and as always, I hope I don't make MTV2 regret it!" If these past one-liners are any indication, we're convinced he WON'T disappoint!
