Hidden somewhere between a high school's band geeks and Prom King candidates is the average male teenager who just wants to be loved, and Simon Cooper of "The Inbetweeners" is one such hopeless romantic. Actor Bubba Lewis describes his character, who's got a soft spot for rainy days and journaling, in the interview below, admitting that Simon's endearing but simple head may be the unfortunate subject to heavy manipulation (all signs point to you, Jay).

"[Simon]'s always following his heart; very emotional," Lewis says, adding that there's only one girl worthy of his affection. Longtime friend Carly D'Amato is the apple of his eye, but if he keeps getting in his own way, she'll always remain a faraway prospect. "He's set on her being the one."
