After a hiatus this past Sunday, Detox is back with a video recap of the latest episode of From G's To Gents! The good news: Grizz and Dot Com from 30 Rock stopped by Chez Detox. The awful truth: they bolted when they heard what show I was recapping. Who knew those dudes hated Mr. Bentley so much?

In all honesty, what's not to love about From G's To Gents? There's drama, suspense and life tips to boot. We learned that fortitude means camping, and we also learned what deja vu means. (Any Bromance fans might recall a similar night in the woods / life coach scenario.

Oddly enough, both shows were produced by a dude named Cris Abrego, who also produced VH1's The Surreal Life and Charm School. Hey, now that I mention it, those shows had "camping" episodes, too!

Finally, G's To Gents taught us the recipe for All In's Salad Explosion! It's just a tiny bit of lettuce, a gallon of ranch dressing and a healthy dose of "DAMN!" Watch your back, Emeril Lagasse!
